Peapod Labs gets love from Wired

by New Idiom

Wired’s Geek Dad has done a great write-up on PeaPod Labs, the creation of ID students Guillermo Krovblit, JunYoung Yang, and former The New Idiom editor Jared Allen. The application, Little Explorer, is an interactive iOS application that helps teach children the alphabet. In the article, Donahoo praises the application’s interaction design:

The real potential of Little Explorers, though, is in the design of the engine which is simply a dynamic hypertextual landscape—simple in design, but complex in how it engages children and adults through a mixture of common sense and surprise.
